How It Works
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted for store credit only. We will provide store credit via gift card to your e-mail, as soon as we get your return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wildflower Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale Items
Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. All sale items and coupon codes exceeding 25% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wildflowerboutiquend@gmail.com and we will provide you with the address to ship your items.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at wildflowerboutiquend@gmail.com and we will provide you with the address to ship your items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
